Mental Health Counseling, Coaching, and Recovery Services

I offer psychotherapy services via tele/online counseling for a variety of topics and issues:

Individual Counseling (53-60 minutes)

  • Ages 18 and up (Adults)
  • Tele/Online Counseling
  • Rate is $175 per 53-minute session. "No-show"/late-cancelation fee is $65
  • Insurance accepted
  • Fee invoiced after each session. Payment method is charged every 2 weeks
  • Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or late-cancelation fee will be charged
  • Ideal for most issues; sufficient for EMDR

Intensive Individual Counseling (90-minutes)

  • Ages 18 and up (Adults)
  • Tele/Online Counseling
  • Rate is $275 per 90-minute session. "No-show"/late-cancelation fee is $100
  • Fee invoiced after each session. Payment method is charged every 2 weeks
  • Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or late-cancelation fee will be charged
  • Ideal for EMDR

Professional Classes, Workshops, or Consultation (60-90 minutes)

  • Typically all ages
  • Teleconference or in-person
  • Excludes psychotherapy
  • Includes topic customization and Q&A
  • Rate is $500 per 60-90 minute event; specifics negotiable.
  • Example topics include: burnout prevention, sport psychology/optimum performance, Interpersonal boundaries/codependency

Student Interview

  • For students needing to interview a therapist for an assignment or project
  • Teleconference
  • Excludes psychotherapy
  • Includes topic customization and Q&A
  • Rate is $0.00 (no charge)
